Photo booth hire

Our photo booth hire service offers fantastic fun for you and your guests. It really will be the talking point of your function. Allowing you to capture images of your guests in a relaxed and fun way.

Your guests will be assisted by our professional staff and offered a selection of fun props or accessories. Once inside the booth they follow the onscreen instructions and the booth will take 4 photographs with a short delay between each one. Guests get to see a live preview allowing them to strike their best pose! They also have just enough time to change props between photos, which makes for some hilarious mid change poses!

The printed photographs are then dispensed below the screen using a dye sub printer producing photos that will last a lifetime. While this is happening our Booth Attendant will be assisting the next set of guests.

Can be used inside or outside if under a marquee (we can supply a marquee for extra cost)

We are available for photo booth hire for kids birthday parties, weddings, summer parties, Christmas parties, corporate events, school proms, Bat mivah, Bar mitzvah and film premieres.

We now also have introduced a photobooth option for kids parties. The kids get to share in the fun, the booth is completely automated and staffed. We offer a low package price for 2 hour daytime or midweek functions. The booth is around 2 x 2 metres popup marquee style and is perfect for use in the garden in all weather! it still offers the same fantastic unlimited prints offer. Inflatable Cube booth may be offered instead.

How much space do I need?
This depends on your chosen booth, please refer to sizes above. We need an extra 2ft around the booth as working room for when we are setting up. We also need an area for a small square table to position the prop box. If you choose the 2nd print and album option then we need space for a separate small table. We often find the booth attracts a queue so you will need to consider this when deciding where to locate the booth.

How many people can get in the booth?
There is standing space for up to 6 people in our standard booth and outdoor booth, The white LED booth holds up to 3 guests.

Does it need power?
Yes a standard 13amp power socket is required- nothing else should be connected into this.

Can I have black and white pictures?
Yes, Your guests can choose between colour or black and white prints. (but please notify us in advance if you require this option)

Can I record video and pictures?
Yes, you can add a video message option (charge applies) so that your guests can take a picture or video!

Can it be used outside?
We have a booth specifically for outside use - the black cube booth. Although we can also setup a booth based on the standard booth inside a black 2 x 2 metre popup marquee if you prefer. This is weatherproof and therefore can be used outside whatever the weather!

Whats green screen option?
Your guests stand in front of a green backdrop and this is replaced by a selection of themed images or you can supply us with an image in advance of the night, imagine your guests with a beach backdrop, mountains, the moon, the jungle! or anything your imagination can dream up! The computer will replace the green backdrop with this image and your guests are overlayed on top.

Whats the custom face mask feature?
We are pleased to introduce a new option whereby we can print in advance custom face masks of your guests! You need to supply us with a picture no later than 4 weeks before the event date, which we can convert into a face mask. If you want all of your guests to look like you, then this is the option for you! A small charge applies. 

How much notice do I need to book?
The Photo Booth is particularly busy during Christmas and the Wedding Season so book as early as possible to secure your date (we have bookings up to a year in advance). Weekends are also busy all year round so early booking is recommended. We do try and help with short notice bookings. 

Do I need to pay a deposit? When is the balance due?
Yes, we ask for a minimum of £100-£200 which secures your booking. The balance is due either as cash on the day, or no later than 2 weeks in advance of the event either by BACS or cheque. 

What are the payment methods?
We accept debit cards, credit cards, cheques, and bank transfers. Credit cards do not incur any surcharge. 

Do I run the booth or do you stay?
We always provide one or two attendants (extra charge may apply for 2nd attendant) who will look after your guests and ensure the booth runs smoothly.

How long does it take to set-up?
The set-up takes around 1.5 hours. We normally like to arrive 2 hours before the event to be setup and ready early.

How long does it take to print the pictures?

It takes around 14 seconds to print each picture.

How good is the print quality?
We use a top of the range dye sub printer- this is the same type of printer used in photo studios around the country. The image is of the highest quality- it is not printed using a low quality inkjet printer. 

Can my guests see the photos online after the event?
With our online gallery we put your images onto our website gallery within seven days of your event. We then email you a link with a password that you can forward to your guests. They can then download the images and use them how they wish such as uploading to their own Facebook page or emailing them to friends and family.
